Q: How can I get a toy for my child? A: Toys are available for children ages 0-11 who are present at the event. There will be a free meal and fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Q: How do I do a toy drive at my work or school? A: Please see our Toy page for ways to donate to the toy distribution.
Q: Is my donation tax-deductible? A: Yes! You will receive a donation letter in January that you can use for your taxes.
Q: How do I spread the word to help Toys for Joy serve even more guests? A: Thank you for your helping heart! Please feel free to share our Sponsor page with anyone you think may be interested.
Q: Can my children volunteer with me at the event? A: Yes! Please visit our Volunteer page for opportunities to serve with us.
Q: Do I have to stay for the whole day or can I volunteer for a few hours? A: There is a lot going on at the event so we ask that volunteers please stay for the duration of the time required. If you can only volunteer for a few hours, consider volunteering in Set-Up or Teardown as the hours are shorter.
Q: I cannot volunteer anymore, who do I contact to cancel? A: We understand life happens and not everyone will be able to serve. No need to contact us – please be in prayer for the event. If you have your email confirmation form from when you registered, please follow the link to cancel your registration.
